REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please make sure you complete all the information required for this product as failure to do so can result in your order being delayed or even cancelled.
The colour you select is the colour of your label.
Price is per label. To order more than one label please list all required labels in the one box provided & change the number of labels to the number required.
If you require a particular size that is in between the sizes listed please leave the size you require in the notes to seller section.
1 label is one ingredient or name. You can have maximum of 3 words per label eg. Self Raising Flour. Labels with more than one word will be cut on 2-3 lines and centered unless you have noted that you’d like it on the same line.
When listing labels just press enter between labels. Please do not put comma, full stops or numbers. Please type the labels as you wish them to be seen, this includes capital letters. Please triple check your spelling of your label as any incorrect spelling as we will not be held responsible for any spelling errors made on your behalf.
If you wish to have capital letters the fonts that are best are 3, 13 & 24 as these cannot be made lower case. Please note that some fonts are larger than others. Some fonts are not suitable for the smaller fonts.
Instructions on how to apply your labels will be supplied with your order. Please read these carefully before applying you label.
Labels are not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher. Hand wash is strongly recommended.
Once your order has been submitted it is final and is not subject for change. Please double check all spelling before submitting.
If your order is place incorrectly by not selecting the correct quantity your order will be cancelled.
Each product you receive is made to order & custom made just for you. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In an unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your order. We do have tracking on this so we can see when it has been delivered and received. Please make sure you include your Full Name, Order Number, Description of what you have found wrong with your item and photos of the faulty product. Once we have assessed the goods we will then make a decision to either provide a replacement of the same product or to refund for the purchase price (this does not include shipping costs). Strictly no replacements or refunds on products that have been applied by you or have been damaged or broken after this period.
We will notify Afterpay to release payment of funds that you made back into your nominated bank account. The total cost of the item will be refunded through our system regardless of the payment status with Afterpay.
