REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Here at Label Like A Boss HQ we want you to be happy and to love your product. We do ask that you choose carefully, read the Please Read Before Placing Order information on the product that you've selected as well as our policy below. 

Each product you receive is made to order & custom made just for you. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 
FAULTY ITEMS
In an unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please email us at hello@labellikeaboss.com as soon as you receive your order. We do have tracking on this so we can see when it has been delivered and received. Please make sure you include your Full Name, Order Number, Description of what you have found wrong with your item and photos of the faulty product. Once we have assessed the goods we will then make a decision to either provide a replacement of the same product or to refund for the purchase price (this does not include shipping costs). Strictly no replacements or refunds on products that have been applied by you or have been damaged or broken after this period. 

REFUNDS VIA AFTERPAY
We will notify Afterpay to release payment of funds that you made back into your nominated bank account. The total cost of the item will be refunded through our system regardless of the payment status with Afterpay.
